New Micro-MOOCs on Non-Alcoholic Wine Innovation by INNOPOLIS
INNOPOLIS proudly presents the creation of six specialized Micro-MOOCs (short online learning courses) developed within the Erasmus+ WINOVATE project, designed to provide accessible and high-quality education on non-alcoholic wine innovation. Each Micro-MOOC covers a key topic essential for understanding the modern agri-food sector: Basics of Non-Alcoholic Wine Production, Sustainable Agriculture Practices, Digital Tools in Precision Agriculture, Pairing Non-Alcoholic Wine with Foods, Non-Alcoholic Wine in Cooking, and Health Benefits of Non-Alcoholic Wines. The series offers a fresh and flexible learning experience, combining theoretical knowledge with practical applications, perfectly suited for vocational education and professional development.
Structured as short, interactive modules, the Micro-MOOCs include videos, presentations, quizzes, and real-world case studies, making learning engaging and accessible for students, trainers, and entrepreneurs. Available in multiple languages, they complement the WINOVATE Handbook and provide valuable support for developing new competencies in food innovation, sustainability, and entrepreneurship. Through these digital tools, INNOPOLIS empowers the new generation of agri-food professionals to embrace innovation and contribute to a healthier, more sustainable future.
