The Erasmus+ Program “Digital Leadership Consortium” was established in 2023 under the coordination of Fırat University, with the academic partnership of İnönü University, Munzur University and Bingöl University. Within the scope of this consortium, student mobility at doctoral level staff are carried out. The Erasmus Digital Leadership Consortium is a collaborative initiative aimed at enhancing digital leadership capabilities across educational institutions, organizations, and industries. The consortium brings together various stakeholders, including universities, businesses, and public institutions, to focus on the development of digital skills, innovation, and leadership in the digital era.
Key Objectives
1. Promoting Digital Transformation: Supporting institutions and organizations in
adapting to digital trends and technologies.
2. Educational Programs: Developing and offering training, courses, and resources to
equip leaders with the necessary digital competencies.
3. Collaboration: Fostering partnerships across borders to exchange knowledge, best
practices, and solutions for digital leadership.
4. Research and Innovation: Contributing to academic research on digital leadership and
digitalization, facilitating the growth of new ideas and approaches.
