ISRICM-EU Project – Monthly Coordination Meeting

INNOPOLIS participated in the scheduled monthly coordination meeting of the ISRICM-EU Project, together with all partners from Greece, Spain, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Italy, and the Netherlands.

The meeting focused on key topics related to the project’s implementation progress and upcoming milestones. The consortium discussed:

• Overall project status and pending deliverables
• Issues related to the timeline extension request
• Procedures for confirming and approving partner deliverables
• Criteria for selecting and engaging stakeholders across all participating countries
• An update from the Spanish partners on the upcoming study trip to Granada, including the KPIs that will be shared shortly

A notable intervention was made by Katerina Sotiropoulou, President of INNOPOLIS, who emphasized the importance of the Lead Partner’s responsibility to review and approve all partner deliverables before uploading them to the official programme platform. This process ensures transparency, consistency, and full compliance with ESF+ regulations.

We thank all partners for their constructive discussion and continued collaboration. Together, we remain committed to developing innovative solutions that support the social integration of Ukrainian refugees across Europe.
