ORGANIC ECOSYSTEM Final Meeting and 5th Organic Ecosystem Seminar in Zakynthos, Greece

The ORGANIC ECOSYSTEM final meeting and the 5th Organic Ecosystem Seminar are set to take place from July 17th to July 19th, 2023, at Hotel Palatino in Zakynthos, Greece.

This three-day event will bring together project partners, distinguished experts and politicians, representatives from the Ministries of Agriculture and organic operators from Jordan, Lebanon, Italy, Spain, and Greece. It promises to offer an exceptional platform for knowledge exchange, networking opportunities, and fruitful discussions.

The event’s agenda kicks off with a comprehensive review of the project’s outputs and achievements attained throughout its implementation, followed by the International Press Conference.  The second day will primarily concentrate on fostering business alliances among participating organic operators, promoting continued interaction beyond the conclusion of the project. The day will conclude with the final Steering Committee Meeting, during which the discussions will revolve around expanding our project’s scope with enhanced activities and enriching our future goals.  On the last day, participants will have the unique opportunity to experience an organic farm in Zante, spending the day immersed in its operations.

The goal of the ORGANIC ECOSYSTEM project has been to foster and advance sustainable organic agriculture. Through forging new business alliances, the project has actively encouraged the establishment of innovative value chains and provided specialized support to MSMEs, thereby enhancing product quality, facilitating commercialization, and expanding access to new markets.
