CulTour Design Kick-off Meeting

INNOPOLIS attended the Kick-off Meeting in Bucharest on 07/04/2022 of the Erasmus + project called “CulTour Design: Enriching Digital Design Competencies for the empowerment of Cultural Tourism”.

This project was approved in Romania to INCDT – National Institute for Research and Development of Tourism– which is a national public administration, with the following partners: INNETICA, a Spanish non-profit entity from Zaragoza, KOMICHA, an Adult Training Center in Bulgaria, INNOPOLIS, a Centre for Innovation and Culture in Greece, DIGICULT, a Polish cultural company; HEARTHANDS SOLUTIONS, a new technology company from Cyprus and IRSIE CULTURE, a cultural association from Poland.  

The project has a duration of 24 months and aims to empower low-skilled adults, active in search of employment, to promote the resources of Tourism Heritage through the development of their skills in Digital Design and promote the digital transformation of Heritage Tourism.

The following activities will be carried out to achieve the expected results:

a) A manual for the Digital Transformation of Cultural Tourism.

b) A virtual assistant in Cultural Heritage.

c) A Digital European Community

In addition to low-skilled adults in digital skills, adult educators, training centers, entities related to the creative and cultural industry, digital designers and policy makers will also benefit.

The next meeting will take place in Zaragoza in mid-October 2022 and INNETICA will be the host.
