PARTICIPATION OF INNOPOLIS IN eHEALTH FORUM 2015, the Greek event for the promotion of eHealth

InnoPolis participated in the leading European Forum for eHealth, with a presentation of the Project AdriHealthMob (AHM) on 3-4 December, 2015

eHealth Forum is a new, dynamic event that promotes synergies on multiple levels, between scientists, academics, entrepreneurs — both of the public and private sectors — in the fields of ICT and healthcare in Greece. The conference was a sequence to the eHealth Forum 2014, a very successful event on digital health applications, which brought together hundreds of stakeholders from Greece, Europe and the U.S.A., with the ambition to become an annual event.
The main themes of the eHealth Forum 2015 were:
• e-Health legal framework
• Digital applications, interoperability, certification
• Clinical management of disease and Healthy ageing
• Greek and European eHealth Ecosystem
• Digital applications for the management of pharmaceutical products
• Financing innovation
• Challenging topic: eHealth as a tool to address the refugee issue

The Forum took place in Divani Caravel Hotel, in Athens, on 3-4 December 2015. InnoPolis – Centre for Innovation and Culture, www.innopolis.org, participated with its representatives: Mr. Petropoulos Nikolaos, Ms. Angeliki Rouvali, Ms Dionisia Petropoulou and Ms. Chaldeaki Panagiota-Catherine, in this 2day event with a presentation at the Speaker’s Corner of the European project AdriheathMob – Adriatic Model of Sustainable Mobility in the Health & Care Sector, http://adrihealthmob.eu/.
The event was organized by the HL7 Hellas and the General Secretariat of Public Health of the Ministry of Health – under the auspices of the Ministry. The presentation of the project AdriHealthMob was followed by a roundtable discussion between the attendees, moderated by Mr. Petropoulos Nikolaos.
Also InnoPolis attended the Open and Interactive Workshop of the Greek Network of the European Innovation Partnership on Active and Healthy Ageing (EIP on AHA) moderated by the Professors Nikolao Siafaka and Antonio Politi, with main characteristics the wide participation, the passion and the commitment for co-operation between the participants.
