Description

WINOVATE’s primary objectives are to promote non-alcoholic wine and beverage culture among younger generations and to disseminate non-alcoholic wine production skills and competencies among veterinary agriculture and culinary instructors and students.

Acquiring knowledge of non-alcoholic wine is crucial for agrarian and culinary instructors and students for various reasons, including:

As more customers seek alternatives to traditional alcoholic beverages, the market for non-alcoholic wine is expanding.

Knowing how to manufacture and market non-alcoholic wine might provide a competitive advantage on the job market for agrarian and culinary instructors and students.

Non-alcoholic wine is a healthier alternative to regular wine because it does not contain any alcohol. By learning how to manufacture non-alcoholic wine, agriculturists and culinary students can contribute to the industry’s promotion of health and wellness.

Since it is a relatively young sector, the manufacturing of non-alcoholic wine frequently necessitates novel techniques and approaches. By acquiring talents in this area, agro and culinary instructors and students can broaden their skill sets and be more ready to contribute to the growth of the business.

European Politics: Knowledge of European politics regarding wine production is crucial, as the EU has a significant impact on the wine business. EU laws on wine production, labelling, and marketing, for instance, can have a substantial effect on the business. Knowing these regulations can assist agriculturists and culinary students in navigating the sector and making informed judgements.

Hence, it is especially necessary to engage three wine-producing regions, such as Italy, Greece, and Hungary, in an innovative and stigma-free manner to advocate alcohol abstinence or at least moderation.
