ISRICM-EU Partners Hold Coordination Meeting on Deliverables, ESSINIS Platform, and Joint Responsibilities

On 30 March 2026 at 12:00 noon, the partners of the ISRICM-EU – Innovative Solutions for Refugee Integration and Crisis Mitigation in EU Member States (ESF-SI-2024-UA-01-0006) project met online for another important coordination meeting, focusing on the effective management of deliverables and the shared responsibilities of the consortium.

The meeting addressed several practical and strategic issues related to project implementation. In particular, partners discussed their connection to the ESSINIS platform, navigation within the system, and the process for the correct and well-organised submission of project deliverables. Emphasis was placed on the need for all submissions to be completed properly and in a structured manner, as this constitutes a collective responsibility of the partnership.

Special attention was also given to the implementation of Work Package 3, where individual partners act as coordinators of specific tasks and deliverables. At the same time, the discussion extended to deliverables under Work Packages 1 and 2, underlining once again that, although one partner may be responsible for compiling, finalising, and submitting a report, all partners are expected to actively contribute to the final result.

During the meeting, partners reviewed where and how contributions are needed, with a clear understanding that active participation from all organisations is essential for the successful delivery of the project. The consortium also encouraged additional voluntary support whenever possible, especially in cases where a partner may need assistance.

The meeting took place in a constructive and cooperative spirit, reflecting the strong commitment of the ISRICM-EU partnership to high-quality implementation, mutual support, and effective transnational collaboration in the service of refugee integration and social resilience across Europe.
